How to guide (from www.BigOguide.com)

You should be pressing fairly firmly but not enough to cause any discomfort. Vary your speed and pressure
with each circle. Move quickly through the first half of the circle with increasing pressure and speed and
then lighten the pressure over the remainder of the circular motion, slowing down almost to a stop at the end.
Each circular motion should take about 1-3 full seconds. Alternate between shorter and longer circles to keep
it interesting. The whole motion should be smooth and rhythmic.
After you have rubbed the swollen top of her vagina for about 15-20 seconds, you will notice that it gets
slightly larger and deeper. Move your fingers as far in as they will go and place them side-by-side, with
your palm facing upwards.
The bottoms of your fingers should be pointed towards the top of her vagina. An added bonus is that your
thumb is now perfectly positioned on top of her clitoris - use it to stimulate her once you are comfortable
with the technique.
Next Section: "With your fingers facing up..."
The Delivery
With your fingers facing up and pressed deeply into her vagina, begin to move them back and forth as FAST
as you can in a 1-2 motion. That is, the index finger moves up and the middle finger down and vice versa.
Your hand should NOT be moving, ONLY your fingers. This is definitely a finger workout, so if you have a
hard time keeping up with her gyrating and groaning, you are doing it right.
(this is showing it slow, you should be moving your fingers with varying speed, up to as fast as you can move
them).
As you continue, you will feel her G-Spot begin to get deeper and wider. It will start to contract as she
grinds harder into your fingers. You will find moving your fingers quickly throughout her orgasm is very
difficult - but DO NOT STOP. If you cant keep going, alternate with this motion (our favorite!):
Depending on your partner, she may orgasm immediately or it may take several minutes. Make sure you don't
overdo any one hand motion to the point of irritation.
Sometimes these orgasms are subtle, and other times she may be squirting all over the place. After you let
her finish, enter her again with your penis and finish yourself off at your leisure so she can have multiple
orgasms. Rest up quickly, because she will be coming back for more!
If she doesn't come in a couple of minutes, or doesn't appear to be enjoying herself, then casually slow your
pace down. Make a couple more circular motions over her swollen inside ridge and work your way back to her
clitoris. Place the palm of your hand over her clitoris, with fingers pointing down towards her vagina, and
leave it for a few moments. Let her relax while you spend some time kissing her passionately.
Don't Stop!
Now you have the knowledge to give your woman a great orgasm.
I do??? Yes. You do. The last couple of sections are fast to read but take some effort to master. Make sure
you read and re-read those sections a couple of times over before you try it out.
Once you have memorized the concepts and hand movements, then give it a try. But remember, it takes time and
patience for both you and her body to figure out.
Before you go...here are all of the hand movements to try. The first is the warm-up move discussed a few
sections back (palm resting on her clitoris, fingers moving in a circular motion on the outside of her
vaginal opening):
bigo moves 5 to 9
Once you have had a fun evening of trying it out, and want her coming back for more, don't just roll over and
fall asleep! Hold her tightly, thank her, and tell her how great it was. She will really appreciate this time
with you - most men neglect this part and pay for it down the line.
Some parting tips - be covert. Don't pull out a print out of this information and follow it step by step
while having sex. Make sure you memorize it beforehand.
Remember, these techniques are all about finesse and timing. If she has never experienced this type of orgasm
then her body has to learn all of these new sensations.
Most importantly, have fun! There should be no pressure to perform everything perfectly at first. Pay
attention, be passionate, and enjoy yourself.
